Agritart is a blue-coloured, foamless, and acidic washing solution that rapidly dissolves in water. Its nitric acid content will accelerate the elimination of the residual mineral salts in milk if prepared with lukewarm water at the recommended percentages listed in the directions section.
Furthermore, it prevents the deposition of lime sediments in milk transfer lines and milk tanks by removing the minerals present in the washing water, thereby preventing the formation of milk stone.
If Agritart is used at the suggested percentages mentioned for acid washing in the Directions section, it will not allow bacterial growth in the milk transfer lines and milk tanks in the interval between consecutive cleaning cycles by reducing the pH.
Usage Method
Time : After milking is complete and after alkaline washing
Goal: Acidic washing: Removing mineral salts and residues of alkaline detergent
Prepare 0.5-1% solution of Agritart in water at 35-43℃ and put the solution on the surfaces to be cleaned for five minutes and then rinse the surfaces.
<hr />Time: After alkaline washing and rinsing of the system
Goal: Acidic rinsing: Preventing the growth of pathogenic agents on surfaces
prepare 0.2% solution of Agritart and circulate it for five minutes in the system, and rinse after starting the next milking cycle
